Shahrukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan have been encouraged to stub it out by India's Health Minister. Ramadoss, is campaigning to ban smoking on screen, is worried about the number of young Indians becoming addicted to tabacco......... (Not to worry about all the other issues affecting Young Indians!!!) Apparently statistic showing 52 per cent of children have their first puff of cigarettes because of movie celebrities. Do we think it's the same in Hollywood?

Khan states “As film-makers we should have creative liberties because cinema is all about make believe. It is an attempt to curb our creative freedom and amounted to censorship"

In India around 250 million people smoke or chew tobacco, and 2,200 people die daily from tobacco related diseases.

As part of the crackdown, the Government has outlawed smoking in public places and banned advertising for a series of tobacco products!! Hmmm so how long with that go on for?

      What do you guys think?
